Terms of Use

Make it yours. Respect everybody else's.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms apply to Trilla's app, website, live rooms, Studio, and community features. They supplement any platform terms that apply through Apple or Google. By creating an account, submitting content, or using Trilla, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account and conduct

You must be at least 13 and provide accurate account information. Do not use Trilla to threaten or harass people, impersonate others, invade privacy, post unlawful or infringing material, or interfere with the service. Use the in-app report and block tools or contact us when content or behavior needs review.

2. Content you submit

You keep ownership of your original content.

When you stream, record, upload, publish, or otherwise submit content to Trilla, you give Trilla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, encode, reproduce, crop, format, edit, display, perform, distribute, and make that content available as reasonably needed to operate, improve, demonstrate, and promote Trilla. This includes use in the app, on trilla.io, in app-store listings, and in Trilla's organic or paid social and advertising. The license also covers your username, display name, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in or are connected to that content.

You confirm that you own or control the content and have the permissions needed for every person, performance, beat, recording, image, and other material included. Unless we separately agree in writing, these uses do not create a right to payment.

3. Content or likeness removal

If you created content, appear or can be heard in it, or believe it violates your rights, email us with the Trilla username, link or screenshot, enough detail to identify the material, and the best way to reach you. After verifying the request, we will stop new promotional use and make reasonable efforts to remove the material from Trilla-controlled placements. Copies already reshared by other people, temporary backups, and records required for safety or law may not disappear immediately.

4. Moderation and service changes

Trilla may review, limit, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to reports, maintain the service, or comply with law. Features may change, pause, or end. Trilla does not guarantee that any particular room, recording, post, or account will always remain available.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple or Google processes in-app payments. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore-purchase rules are governed by the store and the information displayed when you subscribe.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here. Material changes may also be presented in the app. Questions, reports, and rights requests can be sent to david@devporters.com.
